5. Subscription and Billing

• Premium features are available via auto-renewable subscriptions.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal preferences in your App Store account settings.
• All payments are securely processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Poem Ai does not store payment details.

6. Restoring Subscriptions

If you reinstall Poem Ai or switch devices, you can use the "Restore Purchase" option in the app settings. This allows you to regain access to previously purchased subscriptions without being charged again. Restoring is required to ensure users retain access to paid features across devices and installations.

7. Refunds

All purchases are final. For refunds, please contact Apple or Google support directly, as they manage the billing and refund processes.

8. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy. We collect minimal data required for improving app performance and functionality.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

9. Prohibited Use
